Meaning that unlimited job contracts like we knew for decades are over. People will have to get used to working on time restricted job contracts or project based contracts. Everybody has to adjust to this new way of working, communicating and payments for work whether we like it or not.

Due to the changes in the economy in many industries you see a much high level of atomization. Some see this as a treat for their job and the other one sees it as an opportunity. We like to see it as a huge opportunity…! Many many people will start looking or have to start looking for an additional income stream. Since you can only work so many hours a day, many people will find their way to Network Marketing. Because Network Marketing solves all their financial headaches if they are willing to learn and work the system. So this means everybody willing to earn a descend income whether it is part time of full time will have to learn the basic fundamentals of Network Marketing.

Then the ones who choose to become a full time network marketer have important role, because they are ones that will have to teach the part timers the basic fundamentals. Because that is their actual job description. That is what a full time network marketer should do…..teach, train, develop and guide.
